(Late) IT/Dev Connections 2015 wrap up

itdev2015

Currently we have crazy busy times, so busy that I was not able to write a review about IT/Dev Connections and my sessions together with Kenny Buntinx and Greg Ramsey. Like last year IT/Dev Connections was a pleasure to attend and to be able to present two sessions.

The Convention Center in the Aria Hotel is a really nice venue with nicely setup rooms to host the sessions.

My two sessions were scheduled on one day, back to back on Wednesday. First my session with my buddy Kenny Buntinx about “How to extend the app model to support your user-centric XenDesktop in the Data Center”. Not to many people attended but the better the discussion about the nice plugin of Citrix that allows you to completely manage your XenDesktop farm via the console of System Center Configuration Manager.

My second session with Greg Ramsey was about “Intune, Configuration Manager, or Both (Hybrid): Choose the Right Tool for the Job” or in other words how can you manage Windows 10 and with what tools. A really nice session discussing all the options with all the different products and combinations of those products. Brought on some nice discussions and questions.

Luckily we still have the pictures, hope to see you next year again at IT/Dev Connections in the Aria! Save the date, 19-22 September 2016!
